Tungsten Carbide Nozzle

Description
Tungsten carbide nozzle is made from superior carbide materials, which ensure its corrosion resistance. The hardness reaches HAR90 degree. Tungsten carbide spray nozzles are made by combining a straight hole and a limiting hole. There is a radius of curvature design at both ends. This design can ensure a smooth flowing through the nozzle body. Carbide nozzles are extensively used in sand blasting and shot blasting equipment. We provide a range of tungsten carbide spray nozzles of various sizes made in both standard and custom configurations.

Applications
Tungsten carbide nozzle is frequently used for surface treatment, sandblasting, lacquer spraying, etc. It is also applicable to surface sandblasting, rust removal decontamination of ships, bridge, container, water conservancy, machinery, pipes and other small parts.
