Tungsten Carbide Milling Blade

Description
Carbide milling cutter is widely used in machining and manufacturing. Different grades of milling blades are suitable for different materials. Our carbide saw blades are marked by high hardness and good cutting force and it can improve rotating speed and feeding rate. Our cutter is able to deal with hard metals such as stainless steel and titanium alloys. Our carbide milling cutters can be made in both standard and custom configurations. With our own factory, we select the most suitable grades to made carbide saw blades for different purposes.

Applications
Carbide milling cutters are suitable for rough machining and finish machining of stainless steel, heat resistant steel and low carbon steel. They are especially for cutting soft steel and stainless steel with liquid coolant. Different grades are suitable for different applications. Recommended grades are YT15 (P10), YT14 (P20), YT5 (P30), YW1 (M10) and YW2 (M20). We can research and develop more suitable formula of carbide saw blades according to the use conditions and processing characteristics for clients. The following table shows the recommended grades and their applications.

Recommended Grades Applications
YT15 (P10) This carbide milling cutter is suitable for finishing and semi-finishing of steel and cast steel.
YT14 (P20), YT5 (P30) It is suited for finishing and semi-finishing of steel and cast steel.
YS25 This carbide saw blade is used for the milling of steel and cast steel.
YW1 (M10) It is used for finishing and semi-finishing of stainless steel and alloy steel.
YW2 (M20) This carbide milling cutter is suitable for semi-finishing of stainless steel and low alloy steel.
