Classification of Tungsten Carbide Structural Section
1. Tungsten Carbide Rod
As a kind of carbide cutting tool, it is suitable for rough grinding and treating metal and nonmetal materials. This carbide profile can also be used in automatic and semi-automatic lathe. Carbide rods are made according to the American Society for Testing and Materials International ASTM B777-07 specifications.
2. Tungsten Carbide Plate
It is a rectangular solid or a cube. Tungsten carbide plate is widely used in manufacturing for its high hardness, excellent wear resistance, high elastic modulus, high compressive strength, chemical stability, impact toughness and low dilatation coefficient.
3. Tungsten Carbide Strip
The main alloy composition of this carbide profile is WC and Co (WC: Wolfram Carbide). WC and Co powders are mixed together, and through powder process, all-milling, pressing, sintering, they are made into carbide strips.
